I learned the hard way, experienced more failures than I care to admit, and spent a lot of money on things I didn't need. If I can help another artist out and sit down and talk about things that no one else in the industry seems to want to talk about... that sounds like a good idea to me!

My mentorship session with Angie was invaluable. When I made the decision to pursue my passion for makeup artistry back in September 2017, I had a list of goals (e.g. become certified, set up business, etc.). Upon accomplishing those goals, I was frustrated to find myself feeling stuck and anxious. I wanted to have a raw conversation with a seasoned pro who could impart their wisdom because if I’m not being proactive or productive, my soul dies a little (haha!). Angie’s feedback and suggestions gave me clear direction and realistic goals. It was a huge weight off my shoulders because she advised me based on my specific situation, skill set, and the demands of the market - speaking with her completely re-energized me. Angie has very a warm and friendly personality, and her genuine desire to help other artists and see them succeed shines through. I’m looking forward to future sessions with her and hope that one day, I can pay it forward.
