MENTORING SESSION FAQ
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU ONCE I SUBMIT MY BOOKING REQUEST FORM?
You can expect a response from me within 24 hours of submitting your booking request.
HOW SOON WILL I BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE MY MENTORING SESSION?
I will be scheduling a limited number of sessions each month. Sessions are booked on a first come first served basis, all times will be announced via email first and then on Instagram. It is your responsibility to ensure you can be on time for the session. If you are late or cannot make the booking time, no refunds will be provided. It will be your responsibility to reach out to book another session when additional times become available.
I DON'T LIVE IN CANADA, CAN I STILL SCHEDULE A MENTORING SESSION WITH YOU?
Absolutely! These mentoring sessions are open to anyone, anywhere in the world that has access to an internet connection.
WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE MENTORING SESSION?
It is important for me to do things professionally and to be clear about what our responsibilities are as mentor and mentee. The contract also outlines my booking policies and procedures.
HOW MANY MENTORING SESSIONS DO I NEED TO BOOK?
That is totally up to you. There is absolutely no pressure to book any additional sessions with me unless you really feel like you need to!
I'M A BRAND NEW MAKEUP ARTIST AND I DON'T HAVE A PORTFOLIO YET, CAN I SCHEDULE A MENTORING SESSION?
Yes you can! The mentoring sessions are open to MUAs with all levels of experience.
IS THERE ANYTHING OFF LIMITS IN TERMS OF WHAT WE CAN DISCUSS IN THE MENTORING SESSIONS?
The only thing I cannot assist with during our sessions are any specific technique or application based questions. It is my belief that technique and makeup assessments should be done in person to be most beneficial.
WHAT IF I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT DURING OUR SESSION?
I will be sending you a follow up email after our conversation recapping important points and any links, material, etc. that will be helpful for you!
